Baked Potato Pizza
Prep time: 25 minutes Cook time: 15 minutes Ready in: 40 minutes
Servings: 8
Ingredients:
1 (6.5 oz) Pkg pizza crust mix 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning mix
3 Med Baked Potatoes unpeeled and cooled
1 Tsp butter or marg melted 3 green onions chopped
1/4 tsp garlic powder 1 1/2 C shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese 1 C sour cream
6 strips bacon cooked & crumbled
Directions:
1. Prepare crust according to package directions. Press dough into a lighty
greased 14 inch pizza pan; build up edges slightly. Bake at 400 degrees for
5 to 6 min or until crust is firm and begins to brown.
2. Cut potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes. In a bowl, combine butter, garlic powder
and Italian seasoning. Add potatoes and toss. Spread sour cream over crust;
top with potato mixture, bacon, onions and cheeses. Bake at 400 degrees for
15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned. let stand 5 minutes before
cutting and serving.
