                                The Best Meatloaf

                 Prep Time: 15  minutes  Cook Time: 1 hour
         Ready In: 1 hour 15 minutes       Servings: 6

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 lbs ground beef               1/2 C milk
1 1/4 tsp salt                              1/3 C steak sauce
1 egg                                           1 onion, chopped
1 dash black pepper                  1 C soft bread crumbs
1/2 C diced green pepper

DIRECTIONS:

1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Lightly grease 1 loaf pan.

2.  In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, egg, black pepper
     and bread  crumbs.  Pour in the milk, 3 Tbsp of the steak sauce, onion
      and green peppper.

3.  Place the mixture into prepared loaf pan; pressing firmly to remove
     air pockets.   Brush the top with the remaining steak sauce.

4.  Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until done.  Allow to stand 5
     minutes before slicing.
