Watermelon Yogurt Mint Smoothie

| 1 - 2 c. red seedless watermelon chunks |
| 1 Tbsp. honey |
| 1 Tbsp. fresh mint leaves |
| 1 c. lemon yogurt |
| dash ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Puree the watermelon, honey and mint quickly -- do not over blend.
2. Pulse in the yogurt and cinnamon just until smooth.
